Noerrebro (in danish: Nørrebro) is the most vibrant area of Copenhagen.
Here you can feel the city and the diversity of Copenhagen. This is the area where a lot of artist lives, and my apartment is just opposite Griffentfeldsgade, a street where you have artist-driven galleries and pop-up events. In Nørrebro, you have the most interesting cafes, bars and restaurants.
The house is furnished with care in a very Danish style! It has white walls, wooden finishes, a nice spacious living room with tones of books and plants to keep you company and a comfy sofabed.
The bedroom is furnished to match the style of the rest of the apartment, so with simple yet practical pieces of furniture and it is overall a very cozy and welcoming space.
The kitchen and the bathroom are not that big but are modern and well-equipped, very convenient and with all the essential amenities you may look for.
In the same house as my apartment is a cozy cafe: Brødrene Grim. That is for sure one of the best features of the apartment and one of the top reasons why I love this space! Here you can have breakfast or lunch and enjoy coffee in the sun. On the other side of the Entrance is Cicchetti, a very popular Italian restaurant.
Nørrebro is within walking distance from the city center. But you don't need to go there because Nørrebro has everything, just better :)
I'm interested in hosting artists, creatives and interesting people. I have two teenage kids, they live alternately at their fathers house and with me. I like to make things happen and people who make me laugh.
I work as an visual artist with video, print and collage and I´m one of three directors at Hawaii, an artist-run platform that presents exhibitions, art salons, talks, performances and hosts private dinners.
