As a host of Human Hotel, you’re given the choice of 3 different cancellation policies:
All Host Spaces, bookings and receipts created will indicate which cancellation policy the host has chosen and therefor which terms the guest(s) have to adhere by.
As a guest, if you cancel your stay 24 hours before your recorded arrival, you’ll receive a full refund for accommodation fees.
As a guest, if you cancel your stay in less than 24 hrs. before your arrival, you get a fully refunded the accommodation fees, minus 1 night.
As a guest, if you cancel your stay while being hosted, you get refunded all accommodation nightly fees following a full 24 hours ahead of the point of cancellation.
