As a host of Human Hotel, you’re given the choice of 3 different cancellation policies:OPEN - Full refund 1 day prior to arrivalFAIR - Full refund 5 days prior to arrivalFIRM - 50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival
All Host Spaces, bookings and receipts created will indicate which cancellation policy the host has chosen and therefor which terms the guest(s) have to adhere by.
FIRM - 50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival
- Refunds are made for:
- Cleaning fees (if prior to guest arrival)
- Human Hotel Community Booking Fee (if guest cancel prior to the start of their trip)
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you're charged) are refundable in certain circumstances. See specific details below.
As a guest, if you cancel your stay 7 full days before the host’s desired arrival time, you’ll receive a 50% refund for accommodation fees.
As a guest, if you cancel your stay less than 7 days before your arrival then no refunds are made for accommodation fees.
As a guest, if you cancel your stay while being hosted, then no refunds are madefor the nights not hosted.
